Hypnotherapy and NLP
Hypnotherapy is a powerful way to improve the quality of our lives. It can free you from past limitations and help you gain a positive attitude and self-confidence.
Hypnotherapy is the use of hypnosis in the treatment of emotional and physiological symptoms. Hypnosis is a normal, natural state of deep relaxation and concentration, an altered awareness you experience while, for example, day-dreaming or when involved in a book or film. In this state between being fully awake and fully asleep the unconscious mind becomes accessible and therapeutic suggestions for change can be given.
Gabriella will gently guide you into hypnosis where positive change is possible. You will be enabled to tap into your own resources to fulfil your potential and reach your desired goals. This process is accompanied by a feeling of deep relaxation and stress release.
Within the framework of hypnotherapy Gabriella also uses NLP techniques (Neuro-Linguistic Programming), which help you achieve lasting changes. During hypnosis you remain completely in control.
Hypnosis is a positive and non-addictive way to improve both your emotional and physical health.
If you wish, Gabriella can teach you the tool of self-hypnosis to prevent stress and tension caused by modern day living.
The hypnotherapy can be recorded for you as a means to reinforce, in between sessions, the therapeutic benefits of the hypnosis.
Gabriella uses Hypnotherapy (with NLP) either on its own or – most powerfully – in combination with Counselling and Lifeskills Coaching.
