Stress effects us all at some stage of our life’s, it can be anything from work to finding a day to day task difficult.A good massage can leave you with a complete feeling of relaxation. It can ease anxiety and eliminate those creeping feelings of being unable to cope. Easing tight muscles will slow breathing which has positive effects on the whole body. When relaxed, breathing is slow and rhythmic and should come from the abdomen. This improves posture by relaxing on tight and tense muscles where we tend to hold a lot of our emotions. And of course there is the undeniable feel good factor. There is nothing like spending quality time on yourself. A good massage leaves you ready to take on the day with more of a bounce in your step.
