Movement Therapy uses knowledge gained training in Pilates, Yoga, Breathwork, Trauma Yoga and pelvic floor dysfunction to cultivate your mind-body connection. As you become more in tune with your body there are opportunities to move and notice sensation to guide you to move in ways which may serve you optimally in your functional and active daily living.
Our Movement Therapist, Jenny Lister, believes in a person-centred approach where work is carried out collaboratively, talking together and developing sessions drawing on different aspects of her training.
The sessions could be useful for you if you are rehabilitating from an injury, illness, if you have mobility/functional movement issues, chronic pain, stress/anxiety or pelvic health issues.
