Cancellation Policy

Life gets busy and we understand that plans change from time to time.

We offer free cancellations up to 24 hours before your appointment time, after which the full cost of the treatment would be charged in full.

If you need to cancel or re-schedule your appointment, please let us know as soon as possible either by contacting your therapist directly (especially if outwith office hours), emailing us albanystreetclinic@gmail.com or by leaving us a message on our answering service 0131 629 1529 (available Monday - Friday 9am -5pm).
